Software Consulting Team Celebrates Goals with a Cruise
Goal setting is an important part of success for every company. Starting in 2013 the Entrance team now works towards a specific goal every quarter.
The software consulting team far exceeded the Q3 goal that the leadership set. We celebrated this first big milestone by going on a dinner cruise in Kemah.
The cruise included dinner, drinks, and music. As an extra reward the entire Entrance team also received a Fitbit!
Health and Fun Combined
In addition to being a fun gift, the Fitbit is also becoming part of Entrance’s new healthy culture! Entranceans have been wearing theirFitbits to work, comparing steps per day, and bragging about how well they slept.
We also have a Yammer group that owners of the device can join. Many employees have reported that they like the healthy sense of competition that it instills.
Of course, not every Fitbit owner goes the straight and narrow! One Entrance employee has found ways to “cheat” the Fitbit system.
Looking Towards a Great 2014
Q4 was one of Entrance’s best quarters to date. We are looking forward to another fun employee celebration this month!
